I've always loved collecting retro kimonos and accessories, but I don't think I'll be wearing them anymore, so I've decided to start sorting through them little by little. I would be happy if someone could use them. I think they would make wonderful pieces whether worn as is or remade. ○ Navy blue kimono with a "hikaeda" plum blossom pattern. ※ "Hikaeda" is similar to shibori (tie-dye), but it's not actually tied, it's a pattern that looks like it. This is a traditional kimono with a plum blossom pattern that goes with anything. It appears to be unused as it still has the basting threads. ○ Nagoya obi with a pattern of red camellias? and a part of a "gosho-guruma" (imperial carriage) It appears to be unused as it still has the basting threads. ○ Obi締め (decorative cord) with white stripes in red There may be some deterioration due to long-term storage.
