This is a set of three jars of precious, home-harvested Japanese honey (pure, unheated wildflower honey), totaling 420g (3 jars of 140g each). On August 9th of last year (2024), I noticed that the Japanese honeybees I kept for my hobby of beekeeping had absconded. Fortunately, it hadn't been long since they left, and the inside of the hive was in fresh condition. I started harvesting the honey immediately, and bottled it on August 11th. The sugar content was 79.6-80.6 degrees. In the photo of the first honeycomb, you can see white crystals. Depending on the location of the honeycomb, it shows that there were honey cells with high sugar content. The expiration date is set for 2 years (July 2026, as stated on the label). The label also clearly states the "producer/seller" information. An email address is also included as a contact.
