I purchased this at Yofuku no Aoyama (a suit store, not a specific location). It's size M-84. I wore it once for a wedding and had it dry cleaned. I will fold it for shipping, so please be aware that there may be some creases. You can use an iron to make it look nice. I will remove the dry cleaning tag before shipping.
