I've used this for about two months. During that time, there were no leaks of urine or feces. Once, a small amount of milk spilled, and there are a few slightly yellowed spots. Also, there are about two spots on the surface that touches the floor that are black from rubbing. Other than that, I think it's in overall good condition. I've included photos of the stained areas, so please check them and only purchase if you understand. I'm unable to offer a discount, so please refrain from comments asking for a price reduction.
