I switched to spikes from another manufacturer, so I haven't used these in the past few months. As you can see in the photos, there is a lot of dirt and wear. Please understand. Suitable for short-distance events, including hurdles. Recommended for those whose heels tend to drop in the latter half of the race, as there is cushioning material in the heel.
