Purchased in 2022, used only a few times, and the shoulder strap is unused. There is a small hole in one corner reinforcement and some discoloration on the zipper, so it's priced low. There was a stain from correction fluid on the bottom of the bag, but I removed it with nail polish remover. There is a name tag inside the bag, but nothing is written on it.
