The upper part, down to a little below the rim, is decorated with Kinrande (gold brocade pattern), and below the part that looks like a waist cord, it is decorated with sometsuke (blue and white porcelain) shonzui (a type of decorative pattern). The vibrant Kinrande pattern serves as an accent, making this a gorgeous tea bowl. The shape is on the smaller side, with the Kinrande part being straight, and the lower sometsuke part being slightly rounded and plump, giving it a lovely shape. The sometsuke part of the body is decorated with bamboo designs for about two-thirds of the way, and the rest is a continuous pattern of the characters for "壽" (longevity) and "福" (good fortune). This combination of longevity and good fortune is auspicious. The artist is Chikusen Miura. There is a "Chikusen" seal inside the foot. Shipping is planned to be in a 60-size cardboard box.
