This is a 10,000-ton air hammer-shaped inflatable ring. A child won it at a fall festival raffle, which cost 1,000 yen per try. It was the first prize, but there's a small piece of tape residue where the "1st Prize" sticker was. It was brought home inflated, but will be shipped deflated.
