This is a Yo-kai Watch snapping roll band (likely the product known as a snapping roll band). I believe I obtained it from a mini crane game. It's unused, but it didn't originally come with packaging, and it was in a crane game machine. Also, it has been stored for a long time, so there may be some deterioration. Please understand this before purchasing.
