This is an electric pepper mill I purchased from Nitori! Black is for pepper, and white is for pink salt, so there are a few remnants left in the container and between the blades. It runs on 4 AAA batteries. I'm selling it because I'm replacing it! Electric pepper mills are super convenient (*^^*)
