The wiring is cross-wire. The issues are: the selector shaft is bent, there is scratchiness, and the rear position does not produce sound. The rear pickup itself produces sound in other selector positions, so it seems to be a selector problem. There is rust and dullness on the bridge. There are dents and scratches from use.
