Purchased from the Gardner official website in September 2024. (Order confirmation email in photos 9 and 10. Initially ordered size L, then exchanged for size M.) Used less than 10 times, after which my back pain disappeared and it was stored in the closet. Some pilling remains, which I removed as much as possible. I no longer have a dog, but I had one until 4 months ago. Please understand that this is a used item. Thank you.
