I think I bought it at an Indian or Thai雑貨屋さん (zakka-ya - miscellaneous goods store). It's as it was when I bought it, with lumps of thread, unfinished fabric edges, and color differences on the front. There was a stain on the back. I'm not using it now and it's in storage, so I'd be happy if someone could make use of it.
