This is an item purchased online, made of a sweatshirt-like fabric. It was too large when I bought it, so I had the size altered to fit me, including both sides, the inside, and the back hip area, but I have never worn it. There is elastic sewn into the back of the waist. There are large pockets on both the front and back. There is some damage processing around the hip and shin areas.
