The skirt is made of three layers of power net, making it almost opaque. The bodice is double-layered. It's mostly not see-through, but perceptions vary, so please check the photos. Regarding the "some scratches and dirt" condition: The enlarged view of the area lifted in the ninth photo is shown in the tenth photo. There are a few small holes in the hem of the outermost layer of the three-layered skirt. There are also areas that look like holes or abrasions near where it's clipped and under the seam allowance. They are not very noticeable as they are on the hem. I only noticed them when I checked the dress for this listing (I haven't worn it since I received it).
