This is a collaboration fan between the Osaka-Kansai Expo and the Japanese Red Cross Blood Donation. It is a non-sale item given to those who make a blood donation appointment through a dedicated website after visiting the Red Cross Pavilion at the Osaka-Kansai Expo and actually donate blood. It is new and unused. It was opened for photography. There is some blackening near the pivot (fastener) of the fan, but this was present before opening.
