Used only a few times. Simple white polo shirt. Practical with a chest pocket. No name written on it. There is a very small hole-like mark near the front opening of the chest. I'm not sure if it was there originally or if it happened while wearing it, but personally, I don't think it affects wearability. This is a used item that a child has worn, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
