The wood used is "Yakusugi," known as a giant tree that lives for over a thousand years, with a mysterious beauty and deep annual rings. You can enjoy the presence unique to Yakusugi, which has survived for many years, and its unchanging beauty over time. ■ About the Resin The flawless resin used is a food-grade resin certified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). After hardening, it is harmless, non-toxic, and odorless, making it safe to place food directly on it.
