This is a Japanese knife (wa-bocho) with the "Shusui" mark. The "Shusui" engraving can be seen on the blade. Due to long-term storage, there is rust and signs of use on the entire blade. While there are no apparent chips or major cracks, we recommend using it on the premise of re-sharpening. It has a shape similar to a deba knife and is suitable for processing fish and cutting bones.
