This is a polka-dot skirt from prit. It doesn't have a lining, but the fabric is not see-through. As stated on the tag, it has been pre-washed. The waist is adjustable with elastic and a drawstring. The skirt length is 68cm. There are two small, inconspicuous stains. Please take a look at the photos and consider before purchasing. Made in Japan 100% cotton
