Price reduced again on 9/28. This is a simple, solid-colored knee-length skirt with a different pleated design in the front and back. As shown in the images, there is some discoloration around the waist, but it became much less noticeable after soaking and washing several times. Although the label says "do not wash," I have washed it in the washing machine and worn it. Please understand this before purchasing.
