This is a single volume book by Ken Koh. I received it used and read it a little. It looks clean at first glance, but there are "creases" that appear when holding down the pages (photos 5 and 6), a spot written on with a ballpoint pen on one page only (photo 7), folds (photo 8), and stains like those in photo 9, showing the typical wear and tear of a used book.
