I wore this a couple of times a few years ago, and then stored it in a drawer. I had it dry cleaned because the sleeves were dirty. As shown in the third photo, there is still a little bit of staining on the sleeves, but it's on the inside so it's hardly noticeable. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about this. *It will be shipped with the inner layer included.*
