It was used a few times when it was first purchased, but the number of times it was used was small, so I don't think there is any damage to the packing etc. However, since it is a used item that has been stored for a long time, there may be some deterioration. Please understand this. All accessories at the time of purchase are included. The bag was torn to take out the weight, but the steaming basket, hanging handle, and cleaning pin are unused. (The hanging handle and cleaning pin are still in their original bags and have not been opened.) There is also an instruction manual, but it has some stains. Since there is no outer box, it will be packed as carefully as possible with recycled cushioning material and cardboard for shipping.
