This is the August 2021 issue of the magazine Chara. I purchased it new and read it once, then stored it at home. The application forms for the all-applicant service (original book card and special deluxe booklet) have been cut out. The illustration poster by yoco-sensei for "Silver Requiem" is still included. I dropped it from a high place once, and there is a dent on the cover that extends to about 1/4 of the pages of the magazine. Please check the images. Also, there are fine scratches on the cover, which were present from the time of purchase. The application forms for the all-applicant service have been cut out, and it will be opened in the middle for packaging when shipped, so please consider this if you are okay with it as long as you can read it.
