He was the first secretary to Kaneho Maruya, a former member of the House of Councillors who raised "Ikeda Town of Tokachi Wine," and served as the chief instructor of ability development at the Shiro Economic Research Institute, founded by Professor Hiroshi Shiro, the founder of ability development and situation judgment studies. He founded Humanware Research Institute Co., Ltd. and is currently its representative director. Isao Ochiai Born in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture in 1940. After graduating from Yokkaichi Commercial High School, he worked at Sanwa Bank and then opened the cafe Iori in Yokkaichi City. At the same time, he aspired to be a designer and was active in the Chūkyō region with the "Iori typeface." In March 1991, he met Hideo Shimizu at the "Arigato" dynamic performance lecture. Since then, he has continued to write "Arigato" poems with "the letters of the heart." In particular, the "Arigato Calendar" became popular in combination with Hideo Shimizu's poems. In December 1992, he held his first solo exhibition at Fine Art in Shinsaibashi, Osaka, which was a great success.
