I used these molds for test batches of financiers in my shop. The molds release the baked goods easily, and the base material is iron, so they bake to a beautiful color. It won't affect the baked goods, and there are no problems with using them. I asked a familiar kitchenware supplier to provide these for testing. They are not suitable for retail sale as cake molds, but they are perfectly fine to use. These are imported for professional use, so they are not individually packaged when shipped from the manufacturer. There may be minor scratches and slight dents even on perfect items. None of these will affect the baking results. These are for use as cake molds in a home setting, and I hate to throw them away. They are perfectly fine to use, so I would be happy if someone would like to use them. How about trying them out for home baking?
