I bought this a few years ago at Disney Resort and used it only once on that day. After that, I stored it in a dark place at home. Minnie Mouse Mist Fan With strap The fan blades are made of a soft material (rigid sponge). The fan runs on batteries (2 AA batteries). Batteries are not included. Operation has been confirmed. The on/off switch is on the side (see photo 9). There are scratches on the fan blades (see photo 12). The Minnie Mouse ears are slightly chipped (circled in yellow in photo 13).
