This is a Marukan heat lamp with a cover. Used occasionally for one season, it has no noticeable peeling on the metal fittings and is clean. The box is included. A very small part of the glass inside the bulb is chipped and has fallen into the bulb. It's in an area that doesn't affect heating, and we've been using it at home, but if you're concerned about using it, please purchase a new bulb.
