Although the exact historical context is unclear, the bold pattern suggests it may be from the Taisho era. Unfortunately, the colors are not true to their original state; they appear more vibrant due to the lighting. Both the blue and red are actually much more subdued. It's a kimono with a more mellow, understated color palette. The third photo from the back might be a bit closer to the actual color. Sleeve width is 32cm, sleeve length is 69cm, and the shoulder to shoulder measurement is 64cm. The length is approximately 154cm. There are faint stains visible on the white lining and around the hem. The sleeve lining is a reddish vermilion. I believe it's rare to come across a piece with this color and pattern. I hope to find someone who appreciates the historical context and the colors and patterns. I always think it would be wonderful if it could be used in a movie or film.
