This appears to be a pepper mill from Mr. Dudley (a long-standing American manufacturer). I believe the metal parts are steel. Although unused, it's old and doesn't have a box. There may be some minor scratches and scuffs from storage and aging, so I'm listing it as "like new." Everything in the images is included; there is no original box.
