This is a junk (defective) Dyson V11. Dyson SV14 V11 Fluffy body and accessories *Charging stand not included. Purchased and used in 2019. It has Eco, Medium, and High modes. High mode sometimes works, but in Eco and Medium modes, the motor sound becomes intermittent and it stops suctioning. This did not improve after replacing the filter. ● Only routine maintenance has been performed. Please note that detailed cleaning has not been done. ● This item has been used as a vacuum cleaner in a typical household for about 6 years, so there are scratches and stains. ● Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about condition.
