I received this as a gift last December because it was supposed to be convenient, but I've only used it twice and it hasn't gotten much use in my home, so I've put it away. Certainly... I thought it would be useful for grilling fish, but I use the grill, so I haven't had a chance to use it. The instruction manual is still in good condition. There are many recipes besides grilling fish. The outer box is also included, so I will put it in there and pack it further to prevent the outer box from getting dirty before shipping. *A Daimaru sticker is attached, so it is not a fake.
