I think it's a stiffness that's easy to arrange. Also, the color of the check is very gentle, and I think it has a wonderful color that is unique to imported goods. The label on the core has some age-related stains from the time of purchase, but the ribbon itself is clean as it was sealed. How about using it for dressmaking, ribbon work, wrapping, or making accessories? When sending, I will remove it from the core and roll it up loosely.
