I used this when my children were small, but I don't use it anymore (^^) Making 13 cupcakes is a lot of work, so I sometimes only used the bottom stand! The hole in the bottom tier has a little rust. The scratches were there originally. I think the bottom in the last photo is scuffed. There is no box, so I will wrap it carefully in bubble wrap for shipping. This is a used item, so I would appreciate it if you could understand. m(_ _)m
