It was during the transition period from CRT to LCD, and 16:9 screens quickly became the standard, so 4:3 LCDs are rare. I was using it without any problems for VHS until recently. There is no remote control. Included are the B-CAS card and the power cord only. This item is approximately 20 years old since its release, so please consider purchasing if you understand the aging and used condition.
