Showa Retro Dyed Painting Vase Arita-yaki, made by Shuho This item was stored in its original box at my parents' home. The dyed design features hand-painted peonies or tree peonies on branches. The white base of the vase has a bluish tint, giving it a refreshing impression. The back is plain white, so you can use it to match the atmosphere. It was given to me as a commemorative gift for winning a hotel auction. There is a description on the back. *There is discoloration on the mouth of the vase that cannot be removed by washing, and the glaze is not applied to that part (Photo 9). There is also discoloration on the foot ring that does not disappear with washing.
