I purchased this from a home center approximately one year ago. I was unable to use it because the door I wanted to install it on was a sliding door, so I have kept it in storage. I opened the package once, but all the contents are present. This product is exclusively for outward-opening doors. A new one costs over 3,000 yen on Rakuten and other online retailers. Thank you.
