This is a children's helmet. It has ventilation holes and the size, measured by an amateur, is about 54cm in inner diameter. The straps are adjustable. There are fine scratches and dirt overall, but I think it can still be used. I received it as a hand-me-down, but I haven't used it much and have been storing it at home. Thank you.
