This is a poncho/cape-style coat from ZARA (^^) It comes with a scarf/stole that can be attached to the coat with three buttons at the collar (Picture 1: set, Pictures 2 & 3: individual items). The material is a bit thin, but the armholes are roomy (see Picture 5), so it should be useful from fall to mid-winter with layers underneath.
