This appears to be a Japanese-style decorative arrow. It was carefully stored and displayed at my parents' home. Although it is a new, unused item, the bag was dirty, so I have listed it as "no noticeable scratches or stains." It is marked "Arrow Maker, Fifth Generation, Karoku." One of the feathers (brown with stripes) is not standing up and is lying flat. There is no wooden box or instruction manual. They have been working on the production of bamboo arrows using traditional methods for generations. It is said that it takes two years to complete due to the 70 manufacturing processes.
