I purchased this item here last year, and it has been worn once. It has a good amount of padding and ribbed cuffs, which provide wind protection, allowing for extended wear throughout the winter. There are a few stains, but they weren't very noticeable when worn. It might become clean if dry cleaned, but it will be delivered as is. It's reversible.
