This is the single CD "Manhattan" by 175R, sold exclusively at live venues during their 2005 tour. The paper jacket has a handwritten autograph, but there are some damaged areas and ink stains from when the autograph was written. Since this single CD was sold exclusively at venues a long time ago, I believe it is now out of print.
