Comes with a detachable ribbon and two chains of different lengths. The size fits the prize plushies from Ensemble Stars. Purchased from the official Zakkamart website. I've only put it on a plushie and taken it out a few times. I haven't put it on the ground or anything like that. There are wrinkles from where the ribbon was tied around the neck. I only opened the chains to look at them, and haven't used them. There are no other noticeable stains, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
