This is an order form used for the merchandise at Kenshi Yonezu's "Flamingo" and "Sekitsui ga Opal ni Naru Koro" concerts. The "Flamingo" one is in good condition, but the "Sekitsui ga Opal ni Naru Koro" one has a fold as shown in the second picture. I am also selling ②, which is in better condition. It is unlikely that anyone took these home, as they were used when purchasing goods. For shipping, I plan to use standard mail, with a clear file and cardboard to prevent folds, and a bag for rain protection. No-comment purchase is welcome.
