This is a cute dog dress with frills. It was one of my favorite outfits. You can also layer a T-shirt underneath and wear it as a jumper skirt. The color is a mix of gray and navy, like denim. Personally, I think it's closer to a light navy. It's made of sturdy jersey fabric with stretch. I remember it was expensive when I bought it at a pet shop. There's a slight snag on the back, which is not very noticeable (see image 6). Please check the image.
