This summery dress features large navy and ivory stripes. The design is a bit unique, with fabric added from the sides of the waist, creating a flared silhouette. The zipper in the back is also cute. The fabric has a crisp feel. I bought this at a department store a few years ago and have worn it about three times, but I don't have many opportunities to wear it anymore, so I'm selling it.
