Benriner Fine, Medium, and Coarse Blades This slicer can be used with three different blades for fine julienne, shredded vegetables, and radish salad. It's a versatile slicer that can be used for thinly slicing cucumbers, shredding burdock root, shredding cabbage, and dicing onions without using the blades! I mainly used the medium blade to shred carrots. (I hardly used the fine and coarse blades.) It cuts incredibly well. I'm not using it anymore, so I'm offering it to someone who needs it.
