This is a Keio Electric Railway bus common card. It features a Sanrio Hello Kitty design. It seems that it could be used on buses and Toden trams at the time, but this card was discontinued in 2015, so it cannot be used. Please purchase it as a collector's item. It is completely unused, but it has been stored in a general household, so there are some wrinkles due to aging and storage. The photos at the end are the most recent, so please check and understand before purchasing. It will be placed in a bag to prevent it from getting wet and sent with cardboard to prevent it from bending.
