This is a sweatshirt with tulle. It sparkles, and I think girls will love this kind of clothing. There is a stain on the fabric under the tulle. It's covered by the tulle, so it's not visible. Also, there is some wear and tear (a few pills). The fabric underneath has wrinkles from being stored at home.
